Mother’s Day is upon us and that may have some of you feeling
Anxious
Sad
Disappointed
Confused
Angry

All of this is totally normal. Take some time to look through these slides and journal what comes up for you. ✍️

The mother child relationship (or lack of) is the most important relationship. It reflects how you have been conditioned to love, live, set limits, communicate, honor yourself, care for others, and so much more. Even the best mother’s have lacks— because they are human.

This weekend, I pray you take some time to reflect back on this relationship. Not as a means to blame or to wallow in your suffering— but as a monumental shift in taking responsibility for your healing. Do the work to live free, you deserve this.

Be sure to give yourself some grace + compassion. I know some of you are aching. I’ve been there. You are loved + worthy, even if she couldn’t remind you of this. 🤍

🤍 if you are ready to start some inner child work, I have free resources available on the web site.
