A few responses that you will receive from people who are willing + able to hold space for you, your growth and your limits. Note: Be sure you put these in your back pocket for when someone expresses a boundary with you. We must be willing to be the friend/partner we need.

Boundaries are what I call little “love notes,” as they help us understand and show up for one another void of resentment, bitterness and confusion. It takes a lot of courage to do this work. Remember, you won’t get it right all the time, but honesty, awareness + willingness are key when working through tough patches in relationships. When people reveal through their patterns of behavior if/how they can show up for you 👉🏼 believe them. #cjbboundaries
