Saying “no” can feel really icky, especially if you struggle with peace keeping, people pleasing + fear of abandonment.

Here are a few simple text scripts to empower you the next time you want to say “no” but get stuck.

Let’s work to redefine the word no. It isn’t unkind… it is just the opposite. Knowing your limits and communicating them with confidence and clarity is loving, honest + the vessel in which you show up as your best self.
