You’re Allowed to Unfollow Unhealthy People

You actually can. In real life + on social media. Isn’t that wonderful? It doesn’t mean you’re not healthy, it means you only have so much capacity. I unfollow people often. This isn’t because I don’t appreciate or agree with their content. Just means I have evolving goals + interests + don’t like to feel bogged down or distracted or overwhelmed by all.the.things.

🤍You don’t have to be up to date with all the recipe or decor trends.
🤍You don’t need to have all the parenting advice + all the healing advice + all the detox or whatever advice.
🤍You don’t need to read all the blogger’s tips on this Fall’s fashion or the workout video on how to get that body you’ve always wanted.

You can even unfollow me.
Sometimes less is more.
MOST times— less is more.

This space can be a space for enlightenment, humor + fun.

You get to decide. 🤍

((Take a few minutes today + go through your list of who you’re following. Unfollow any that aren’t serving you right now. Add in a few new ones that do. ☺️))
