I know reading that may sting. But I also know the pain that arises when you continue to self abandon, when the resentment gets so heavy you can’t breathe, when the confusion and bitterness makes you not only want to isolate, but give up entirely on the relationships that matter most to you. It’s exhausting…the blaming. The over thinking. The analyzing. The constant cycle of give give give, followed by remorse, and then anger and heart ache.
