How many times have you said “yes” to something, only to later regret it? What would happen if you started to pause, really get clear on your energy and time and ability, and then respond?
Setting limits with others starts with setting limits on self.
Less earning or proving or hustling.
Let’s normalize “I don’t know” as a response when we really don’t know. Get back to them when you DO know. That is how you love and serve from a full, honest cup.
