Codependency is learned

The easiest way to teach a child to become codependent is by having little or unclear boundaries + forcing them to behave or deny their big feelings.

The easiest way to prevent them from becoming codependent is to heal YOURSELF.

Codependency is inherited. Good news:: if we learned it, we can unlearn it.

New (free) guide coming soon on healing from codependency. Be sure you’re on my email list to get it. Link in bio.
