I wasn’t just an angry woman, I was a wounded child. I wasn’t just a hormonal teen, I was scared. I wasn’t just a peace keeper, I was detached from self.
When I began tending to my inner child, my life started changing. Altering my environment wasn’t enough (void of addictions and unsafe people), no — I had to dive deeper. I had to examine my habits, my behaviors, and ultimately the belief system that was holding me captive.
This wasn’t easy, but it was possible. It’s helped me reclaim my life, my relationships, my purpose. This is possible for you too.
